- Q. What if it rains during the concert can I get a refund?
A. All of our concerts go on rain or shine- no refunds.
- Q. Can I bring a cooler with me to a concert?
A. Sorry, no coolers allowed on concert days.
- Q. Are backpacks allowed?
A. Yes, backpacks are allowed on concert day, but are subject to search.
- Q. Is alcohol allowed?
A. No outside alcohol is allowed, per Idaho State laws. There is alcohol for purchase both at the base of the mountain and at top of the mountain.
- Q. Will I need my ID to purchase alcohol?
A. Yes, you must provide a valid photo ID to be issued a wrist band for purchasing alcohol.
- Q. Will I have an assigned seat in the VIP section?
A. No, all seating, including the VIP section is first come first serve.
- Q. Do I need to bring a lawn chair if I have tickets for the VIP section?
A. No, we will have a lawn chair waiting for you.
- Q. May I bring my camera to the concert?
A. Cameras, video cameras, tape recorders, or any other recording devices are prohibited in the amphitheater.
- Q. May I bring my own lawn chair?
A. Yes, but it must be low profile. No tall lawn chairs allowed. Or we have a limited supply of lawn chairs for rent.
- Q. What time can I go up the mountain?
A. Your concert ticket will get you up the mountain as early as 9:30am that day. You may go up the mountain and enjoy hiking, mountain biking and chair lift rides before the concert.
- Q. Will it be cold on top of the mountain?
A. Our amphitheater is at 5,700’. Please dress accordingly.
- Q. Where is will-call?
A. Will-call is located at the ticket windows in the plaza at the gondola base.
